Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are entered into between you and Pavel Haivaronski, sole proprietor operating as TraceHawk ("TraceHawk", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using TraceHawk you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

TraceHawk provides an AI agent observability platform including trace ingestion, dashboards, cost attribution, alerting, and related tools. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at security@tracehawk.dev.

You may not: use the service to store unlawful data, attempt to reverse-engineer our systems, send spans at rates designed to abuse the free tier, resell or sublicense the service without written permission, or use the service to harm others.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Paddle. Refunds are available within 30 days of your initial purchase as described in our Refund Policy. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

Prices may change with 30 days notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.

You retain all rights to the telemetry data you send to TraceHawk. We do not claim ownership of your data. We process it only to provide the service. You may export or delete your data at any time.

The TraceHawk platform, dashboard, and proprietary APIs are owned by us and protected by copyright. Our SDKs are open source under the Apache 2.0 license.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TraceHawk shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your access will cease and your data will be deleted within 30 days. We may terminate immediately for violations of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
